A clear, parent-friendly consent summary

Parent/Guardian Consent (Required)

• I am the child’s parent or legal guardian and I have the authority to act on the child’s behalf.
• I consent to MOM-entum processing, analyzing, and transforming my child’s uploaded schoolwork (photos/PDFs) to generate practice materials and personalize learning. This may include the use of trusted third-party AI tools and service providers under MOM-entum’s direction.
• I have read and I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and I understand how my child’s information is handled.

These confirmations are collected during the Add Child step in your parent dashboard.

Child Assent (Recommended)

We encourage parents/guardians to explain to their child what MOM-entum does and to make sure the child is comfortable using it.

What this means in practice

• You upload clear photos or PDFs of your child’s real schoolwork, like review sheets, notes, and test prep materials.
• MOM-entum turns those materials into personalized practice questions and a child-friendly practice app experience.
• Only authorized people and trusted tools working for MOM-entum are used to process the information needed to build that practice experience.
• We use the information to support your child’s learning progress and improve the quality and relevance of generated practice materials.
• If you need help, you can contact support at any time, including for account questions or deletion requests.

How to withdraw consent / request deletion

To withdraw consent, ask a question about your child’s data, or request deletion, contact support@mom-entum.app. We will guide you through next steps.
